Marquee Install

Our expert marquee team will deliver and set up your marquee at least two days before your wedding. To ensure the perfect setup, we recommend preparing the grounds in advance by cutting the grass as short as possible and making sure the surface is smooth.

1 days to go

Catering Deliveries

With the marquee now in place, our catering team will set up all the essential equipment—cookers, fridges, ovens, and more—ensuring the kitchen is fully functional.

At the same time, our dedicated lay-up team will carefully arrange the tables, lay the linen, and set out the cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

This leaves you free to focus on those all-important finishing touches—place cards, decorations, flowers, and favors—adding the personal details that make your day truly special.

It’s all systems go! While you enjoy the morning festivities, our team is hard at work behind the scenes, ensuring everything at your reception venue is perfectly in place.

Our Event Manager and dedicated waiting staff are preparing to welcome your guests—staff briefed, Champagne chilled, Pimms fruit freshly chopped, and canapés expertly assembled. Everything is set for the grand entrance of the Bride and Groom.

At this stage, there’s nothing left for you to do but savor every moment of your special day while we take care of the rest. From starters to main courses, desserts, and wine, to the toast and coffee with speeches—sit back, relax, and let us do what we do best.
