What's Included?

Unlike other caterers, we aim to give you a price per person, to include all the staff, set up, catering equipment, cutlery, crockery, linen, set up, clearance etc.
Our costs are also inclusive of any dish you may like from our menus, and are simply based on the number of courses you may wish us to serve on the day (ie: Canapes on arrival, starter, main course etc). Regardless of the catering package you book, you therefore have access to our gourmet dining, BBQ etc without occurring any supplement and therefore giving you total flexibility on your menu choice.
Wedding Celebration's would therefore include all the following services:

Preparation of all dining tables, laying up.

Supply of all crockery, cutlery, linen, cookers, etc

Supply of all food service staff, to include qualified Chef and Event Supervisor on the day - Our staff will remain on site for the duration of the event, all presented in black.

Preparation, cooking and service of your preferred menu followed by coffee (Special diets will be catered for as long as known of in advance)

Cutting and service of wedding cake (provided by host)

Clearing of all our rubbish.

Professional Equipment
We supply the cookers, fridges, cutlery, crockery, linen etc. All our specialist equipment will be delivered to your wedding venue and assuring you of the most professional set up for your event. No need for you to think about anything, apart from the colour and style we have it all sorted.
Dedicated Staff
Each of our events are supervised by an experienced Event Manager and a team of fully trained staff. From the set up of the tables to the clearance of the venue, we will do all the hard work. That too, is included and already planned for

Wedding food to remember
After a private tasting our Head Chef will ensure your chosen menu is provided to perfection on the day. Your choice of canapés, starter, main course, dessert, will guarantee you the best wedding dining experience. Choose anything you like from our menus…it’s all included.
Drink Options
You may wish us to serve your own drinks, or we can provide them for you. We will provide all glassware and a team of staff to serve them.

We can also provide a cash bar service.
So how does it work?
Planning a wedding has so many elements and can sometimes be overwhelming. With our team nothing is too much, its all in the planning and communication before the event. You will be assigned an Event Supervisor to assist you with your journey from enquiry to saying I do.

We anticipate setting up your venue, meaning you then have time to add your personal touches.
​
On the day our Event Supervisor and team of staff will be ready for your arrival, whether this be with welcome drinks or your tasty canapes, never worry we always keep some back for the happy couple.
Keeping to your timeline we will then serve your wedding breakfast in the style discussed at your tasting.

During the speeches the team will gracefully take a moment to allow for this important moment of the day to happen without interruption. Our Event Manager will discreetly help you and your guests through the day and be your weddings party main contact.

As part of the Free Cash Bar service there will be a team on site to assist with tidying glasses and rubbish away, leaving the site in a respectable state.
​
Assuming a Midnight finish, our bar staff will operate an initial tidy up of rubbish and glassware. ​​​​​​​
