Hospitality Tents
At various public events, shows and corporate gatherings there is a requirement to offer refreshments, hot / cold meals, snacks, cakes, tea & coffee etc. We are able to supply marquees (not burger vans!) with a complete restaurant dining experience inside complete with VIP areas if required. Hot lunches can be served and eaten at a table, often overlooking key areas of your show/event. We are sure you will agree, a more refined way to bring food to your occasion. All supplied with waiters and waitresses smartly presented. All kitchen areas would be out of sight etc.

A Hospitality tent can operate as a licensed bar too, enabling the sale of alcohol at your event with no cost to you. All licences arranged by Southern Events. Most of our hospitality services are on offer where we pay you negotiated 5 - 15% rent at the end of the event making it a way to increase untapped revenue.

At events where public is on site overnight, i.e. shows, we will undertake the job of evening entertainment! There will be a band or disco supplied to encourage show staff and public to interact and enjoy a nice beer before the next hard days work.

We can cover events from 200 to 10,000 people upwards, including events where a true VIP service is required. Should burger vans and good kiosks be required we are able to provide this service with a rent of 10 - 20% paid.
