·         Chicken liver parfait balls covered in pistachio

·         Melon and Parma ham

·         Goats cheese and red onion tart

·         Thai fish cake

·         Blue cheese and spring onion potato cake, with pesto mayo

·         Asparagus spears in Parma ham, with hollandaise
